(هـ) بذل جهود متواصلة لتحسين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات التي تقوم عليها خدمات المؤتمرات وتكييفها بغرض تحسين الدعم المقدم لكي يتمكن جميع الموظفين في خدمات الترجمة الشفوية والتحرير النهائي والنشر المكتبي والطباعة والتوزيع سواء أكانوا دائمين أو مؤقتين، والمتعاقدون، الذين يعملون في المواقع وخارجها من تحقيق النواتج الأساسية؛
