3. At its fourth session, the Forum decided to appoint Yuri Boychenko and Parshuram Tamang, members of the Forum, as Special Rapporteurs, to prepare, without financial implications, a working paper on current practices and methods of work to be submitted at the fifth session of the Forum (E/2005/43, para. 135).
3 - وفي دورته الرابعة قرر المنتدى أن يعين يوري بويشنكو وبارشورام تامانغ، عضوي المنتدى، مقرران خاصان بغرض إعداد ورقة عمل عن الممارسات وأساليب العمل الراهنة، من دون أن يترتب على ذلك آثار مالية، على أن تقدم إلى الدورة الخامسة للمنتدى (E/2005/43، الفقرة 135).

7. Following a recommendation of the Forum at its second session, a meeting was organized between three members of the Forum, namely, Yuri Boychenko, Ms. Tauli-Corpuz and William Langeveldt, and some 40 representatives of international financial institutions.

The Permanent Forum decides to continue its work on preparing a compilation of its current practices and methods of work and also decides to appoint Parshuram Tamang and Yuri Boychenko as special rapporteurs charged, within existing resources, with developing a questionnaire designed to enhance organizations' reporting to the Permanent Forum and requests the views of the organizations in that respect.
155 - ويقرر المنتدى الدائم مواصلة عمله في إعداد تجميع لممارساته وأساليب عمله الحالية، ويقرر كذلك تعيين بارشورام تامانغ ويوري بويتشينكو مقررَين خاصَين، وتكليفهما في حدود الموارد المتاحة، بإعداد استبيان من أجل تحسين الإبلاغ من جانب المنظمات إلى المنتدى، ويطلب موافاته بآراء الوكالات في هذا الشأن.

13. The Forum decides to continue its work to prepare a compilation of its current practices and methods of work and further decides to appoint Parshuram Tamang and Yuri Boychenko as special rapporteurs within existing resources to develop a questionnaire to enhance agencies' reporting to the Forum and requests the views of the agencies in that respect.

3. At the same meeting, on 27 November 2008, Yury Boychenko (Russian Federation) was elected as Chairperson-Rapporteur of the working group.
3- في الجلسة ذاتها المعقودة في 27 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2008، انتُخب يوري بويتشينكو (الاتحاد الروسي) رئيساً - مقرراً للفريق العامل.

Pursuant to paragraph 79 of the same resolution, whereby the Secretary-General was requested to report to the Assembly before the end of its sixty-seventh session on the practical steps to be taken to make the Decade effective, Mr. Boychenko also reported that the Secretariat had dispatched a questionnaire to Member States and other stakeholders, including NGOs, for contributions to the report.
وعملاً بالفقرة 79 من القرار ذاته الذي طُلِب فيه من الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة قبل نهاية دورتها السابعة والستين تقريراً عن الخطوات العملية التي يتعين اتخاذها لكفالة فعالية أنشطة العقد الدولي، ذكر السيد بويتشينكو أيضاً أن الأمانة وزعت استبياناً على الدول الأعضاء وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين، بما في ذلك المنظمات غير الحكومية، للإسهام في التقرير.
