In this context, impact can be defined as the changes that have occurred in the conditions of ecosystems affected by DLDD, in the livelihoods of populations living in affected areas, and in the condition of global goods affected by DLDD (e.g. biological diversity and the climate), as a result of the mobilization of resources, that is, funds and partnerships, for relevant investments contributing to the implementation of the UNCCD.
