١٦ - واستجابة لهذه التطورات ودعما لها، وسعيا أيضا إلى تشجيع مزيد من الفعالية والكفاءة، أنشأ مجلس اﻹدارة بموجب مقرريه ٩٠/٢٦ و ٩١/٣٢ نظاما جديدا لرد تكاليف الدعم جرى تطبيقه على المشاريع التي اعتمدت بعد ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٢، وإن لم يشمل حتى اﻵن سوى الوكالات المتخصصة الرئيسية الخمس.
