٤- تكون مسؤولية الناقل عن هلاك البضاعة أو تلفها أو تأخر تسليمها نتيجة لعدم امتثاله لتعليمات الطرف المسيطر بما يخلّ بواجبه بمقتضى الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة خاضعة لأحكام المواد 18 إلى 2٤، ويكون مبلغ التعويض الذي يجب على الناقل دفعه خاضعا لأحكام المواد ٦1 إلى ٦3.
