6- وسوف تصدر بعد دورة المجلس السابعة والعشرين شروح تبين بايجاز خلفية كل بند، والوثائق المقترحة بشأنه، ومضمون المسألة المراد مناقشتها، وما سبق أن أصدره المؤتمر أو أجهزة المنظمة الأخرى من قرارات ذات صلة.

1. The Secretariat shall carry out the functions entrusted to it by this Treaty, as well as those functions delegated to it by the Conference or the Executive Council [in accordance with this Treaty].
١- تتولى اﻷمانة الوظائف الموكولة إليها بموجب هذه المعاهدة، وكذلك الوظائف التي يفوضها إليها المؤتمر أو المجلس التنفيذي ]وفقا لهذه المعاهدة[.

2. Statements made at the Conference shall not be reproduced in extenso either as separate documents or as an integral part of or attached to any report of a subsidiary body or of the Conference, unless, in exceptional cases, they are of a technical nature and served or are to serve as bases for discussion, and a decision to reproduce them has been taken by the Conference or the body concerned.

11 - يمكن النظر في القضايا الناشئة المتبقية بقدر أقل من التفصيل، وإحالتها لتقديم المشورة أو اتخاذ إجراء إلى هيئة أخرى، إبقاؤها قيد الاستعراض من جانب المؤتمر أو مجرد الإحاطة بها حسب مقتضى الحال.
