:: All States would prevent any provision to Liberia, by their nationals or from their territories, of technical training or assistance related to the provision, manufacture, maintenance or use of arms and related materiel of all types.
:: أن تمنع جميع الدول تزويد ليبريا بأي تدريبات أو مساعدات فنية من جانب مواطنيها أو انطلاقا من أقاليمها، فيما يتصل بتوريد أو صنع أو صيانة أو استعمال الأسلحة والأعتدة ذات الصلة بجميع أنواعها.

The resolution specified that all States were requested to take the necessary measures to prevent such sales or supply by their nationals or from their territories or using their flag vessels or aircraft.
وقد نص القرار على أنه يُطلب إلى جميع الدول أن تتخذ ما يلزم من تدابير لمنع هذا البيع أو التوريد من جانب مواطنيها أو انطلاقا من أراضيها أو باستخدام السفن والطائرات التي ترفع علمها.

In paragraph 2 (b) of that resolution, the Council further decided that all States should take the necessary measures to prevent any provision to Liberia by their nationals or from their territories of technical training or assistance related to the provision, manufacture, maintenance or use of the items noted in paragraph 2 (a).
وقرر المجلس كذلك في الفقرة 2 (ب) من ذلك القرار بأن تتخذ جميع الدول التدابير اللازمة لمنع تزويد ليبريا بالتدريب أو المساعدة التقنية، فيما يتصل بتوفير أو صناعة أو صيانة أو استخدام الأصناف الواردة في الفقرة الفرعية 2 (أ) من جانب رعاياها أو من أراضيها.

(b) Any activities by their nationals or in their territories which would promote the export or transshipment of any commodities or products originating in Haiti, and any dealings by their nationals or their flag vessels or aircraft or in their territories in any commodities or products originating in Haiti and exported therefrom after the aforementioned date;
)ب( أي أنشطة من قبل رعاياها أو في أراضيها تشجع أو تستهدف تشجيع تصدير أو نقل أي سلع أو منتجات منشؤها في هايتي؛ وأي تعاملات من قبل رعاياها أو السفن التي ترفع أعلامها أو الطائرات أو في أراضيها في أي سلع أو منتجات منشؤها هايتي ومصدرة منها بعد الموعد المذكور أعلاه؛

(b) Any provision to Eritrea and Ethiopia by their nationals or from their territories of technical assistance or training related to the provision, manufacture, maintenance or use of the items in (a) above;
(ب) تزويد إثيوبيا وإريتريا عن طريق رعاياها أو من أراضيها بأي مساعدة تقنية أو تدريب فيما يتصل بتوفير المواد المشار إليها في الفقرة (أ) أعلاه أو صنعها أو صيانتها أو استخدامها؛

2. (a) Decides that all States shall take the necessary measures to prevent the sale or supply to Liberia, by their nationals or from their territories or using their flag vessels or aircraft, of arms and related materiel of all types, including weapons and ammunition, military vehicles and equipment, paramilitary equipment and spare parts for the aforementioned, whether or not originating in their territories;
2 - (أ) يقرر أن تتخذ جميع الدول التدابير اللازمة لمنع بيع الأسلحة والأعتدة ذات الصلة من جميع الأنواع، بما في ذلك الأسلحة والذخيرة والمركبات والمعدات العسكرية، والمعدات شبه العسكرية، وقطع غيارها، إلى ليبريا أو إمدادها بها بواسطة رعاياها أو من أراضيها أو باستخدام السفن والطائرات التي ترفع أَعلامَها، سواء كانت أراضيها هي جهة المنشأ أم لا؛

4. Strongly urges all States to freeze without delay the funds and financial resources of persons falling within paragraph 3 above, to ensure that neither these nor any other funds and financial resources are made available, by their nationals or by any persons within their territory, directly or indirectly, to or for the benefit of such persons or of the Haitian military, including the police;
٤ - يحث بقوة جميع الدول على أن تقوم، دون تأخير، بتجميد اﻷموال والموارد المالية لﻷشخاص الذين تشملهم الفقرة ٣ أعلاه، لضمان عدم قيام مواطنيهم أو أي أشخاص آخرين في اﻹقليم بتوفير هذه اﻷموال أو أي أموال أو موارد أخرى بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة لهؤلاء اﻷشخاص أو لمصلحتهم أو لجيش هايتي، بما في ذلك الشرطة؛

15. Decides further that all States shall take the necessary measures to prevent, by their nationals or from their territories or using their flag vessels or aircraft:
15 - يقرر كذلك أن تتخذ جميع الدول ما يلزم من تدابير لمنع القيام، من جانب مواطنيها أو انطلاقا من أراضيها أو باستخدام السفن والطائرات التي ترفع علمها، بما يلي:

" 13. Decides that all States shall prevent the sale or supply to Rwanda by their nationals or from their territories or using their flag vessels or aircraft of arms and related matériel of all types, including weapons and ammunition, military vehicles and equipment, paramilitary police equipment and spare parts; " 14.
" ١٣ - يقرر أن تمنع جميع الدول بيع أو توريد السلاح والعتاد ذي الصلة بجميع أنواعه إلى رواندا، بما في ذلك اﻷسلحة والذخائر، والمركبات والمعدات العسكرية، ومعدات الشرطة شبه العسكرية وقطع الغيار اللازمة، من جانب مواطنيها أو من أراضيها أو باستخدام سفن أو طائرات ترفع علمها؛

The Council further decided that all States were to prevent the sale or supply of arms and related materiel to entities or individuals in Lebanon by their nationals or from their territories or using their flag vessels or aircraft.
وقرر المجلس كذلك أن تتخذ جميع الدول ما يلزم من تدابير لمنع القيام، من جانب مواطنيها أو انطلاقاً من أراضيها أو باستخدام السفن والطائرات التي ترفع علمها، ببيع أو تزويد أي كيان أو فرد في لبنان بأسلحة وما يتصل بها من عتاد.

In the resolution, the Security Council further decided that all States were to prevent the sale or supply of arms and related material to entities or individuals in Lebanon by their nationals or from their territories or using their flag vessels or aircraft.
وفي ذلك القرار، قرر مجلس الأمن أيضا أن تتخذ جميع الدول ما يلزم من تدابير لمنع القيام، من جانب مواطنيها أو انطلاقاً من أراضيها أو باستخدام السفن والطائرات التي ترفع علمها، ببيع أو تزويد أي كيان أو فرد في لبنان بأسلحة وما يتصل بها من عتاد.

(b) Decides that all States shall take the necessary measures to prevent any provision to Liberia by their nationals or from their territories of technical training or assistance related to the provision, manufacture, maintenance or use of the items in subparagraph (a) above;
(ب) يقرر أن تتخذ جميع الدول التدابير اللازمة لمنع تزويد ليبريا بالتدريب أو المساعدة التقنية، فيما يتصل بتوفير أو صناعة أو صيانة أو استخدام الأصناف الواردة في الفقرة الفرعية (أ) أعلاه، من جانب رعاياها أو من أراضيها؛

(b) Prevent the direct or indirect sale, supply and transfer to the territory of Afghanistan under Taliban control, as designated by the Committee, by their nationals or from their territories, of technical advice, assistance, or training related to the military activities of the armed personnel under the control of the Taliban;
(ب) منـع البيع والتوريد والنقل المباشر وغير المباشر إلى الأراضي الأفغانية الواقعة تحت سيطرة الطالبان، على نحو ما تحدده اللجنة، من جانب رعاياها أو انطلاقا من أراضيها، للمشورة الفنية أو المساعدة أو توفير التدريب المتصل بالأنشطة العسكرية للأفراد المسلحين الذين يخضعون لسلطـة الطالبان؛

5. Decides that all States shall prohibit any provision to Libya by their nationals or from their territory of the items listed in the annex to this resolution, as well as the provision of any types of equipment, supplies and grants of licensing arrangements for the manufacture or maintenance of such items;
٥ - يقرر أن على جميع الدول أن تحظر تزويد ليبيا، من قبل رعاياها أو من أقاليمها، بأي من البنود المعددة في مرفق هذا القرار وكذلك تزويدها بأي نوع من أنواع المعدات واﻹمدادات ومنحها ترتيبات ترخيص لصنع أو صيانة هذه البنود؛

(b) prohibit any commercial transactions with Libyan Arab Airlines by their nationals or from their territory, including the honouring or endorsement of any tickets or other documents issued by that airline;
)ب( تحظر أية معاملات تجارية مع الخطوط الجوية العربية الليبية من قبل رعاياها أو من أقاليمها، بما في ذلك قبول أو، اعتماد، أية تذاكر أو وثائق أخرى تصدرها تلك الشركة؛

Strongly urges all States to freeze without delay the funds and financial resources of persons falling within paragraph 3 above, to ensure that neither these nor any other funds and financial resources are made available, by their nationals or by any persons within their territory, directly or indirectly, to or for the benefit of such persons or of the Haitian military, including the police;
" ٤ - يحث بقوة جميع الدول على أن تقوم، دون تأخير، بتجميد اﻷموال والموارد المالية لﻷشخاص الذين تشملهم الفقرة ٣ أعلاه، لضمان عدم قيام مواطنيهم أو أي أشخاص آخرين في اﻹقليم بتوفير هذه اﻷموال أو أي أموال أو موارد أخرى بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة لهؤلاء اﻷشخاص أو لمصلحتهم أو لجيش هايتي، بما في ذلك الشرطة؛

In the third of the aforementioned resolutions, the Security Council decided that all States should criminalize the wilful provision or collection of funds by their nationals or in their territories in order to carry out terrorist acts, but also that they should freeze funds and other financial assets or economic resources of the perpetrators, while refraining from providing them with any form of support, including the supply of weapons.
وفي القرار الثالث المذكور أعلاه، قرر مجلس الأمن أن تعتبر جميع الدول قيام مواطنيها أو أشخاص في أراضيها بتوفير أو جمع الأموال عمدا لاستخدامها في ارتكاب أعمال إرهابية عملا إجراميا، وكذلك قرر مجلس الأمن أن تُجمّد الدول الأموال وغيرها من الأصول المالية أو الموارد الاقتصادية التابعة لمرتكبي الأعمال الإرهابية، وأن تمتنع عن تقديم أي شكل من أشكال الدعم لهم، لا سيما تزويدهم بالأسلحة.

States are also required to prohibit the sale or supply to persons or entities in areas of Angola to which State administration has not been extended, by their nationals or from their territory, or using their flag vessels or aircraft, of equipment used in mining or mining services.
كما يُطلب من الدول حظر القيام على يد مواطنيها أو من أراضيها أو باستخدام سفن ترفع أعلامها أو طائراتها، ببيع أو توريد المعدات المستخدمة في التعدين أو في الخدمات المتعلقة به للأشخاص أو الكيانات الموجودة في المناطق التي لم تبسط فيها الإدارة الحكومية.

Several speakers stressed the importance of extending the jurisdiction of their legislation to cover offences committed outside their countries by their nationals or permanent residents.
36- وأكّد عدّة متكلّمين على أهمية توسيع نطاق الولاية القضائية للتشريعات لديهم ليشمل الجرائم المرتكبة خارج بلدانهم على أيدي مواطنيهم أو حائزي الإقامة الدائمة فيها.

States should ensure that neither these nor any other funds, financial assets or economic resources are made available, directly or indirectly, for such persons' benefit, by their nationals or by any person within their territory.
وينبغي للدول أن تكفل عدم إتاحة تلك الأموال أو أي أموال أو أصول مالية أو موارد اقتصادية أخرى، بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، لمنفعة هؤلاء الأشخاص من قِبل رعاياها أو أي شخص موجود ضمن إقليمها.
