8 - وقد أشار مؤتمر الأطراف لاستعراض المعاهدة عام 2000 إلى التزامات جميع الدول الأطراف بموجب المواد الأولى والثانية والثالثة من المعاهدة، فطلب إلى جميع الدول الأطراف عدم التعاون مع الدول غير الأطراف في المعاهدة أو تقديم المساعدة لها في المجال النووي أو ما يتصل به من مجالات بطريقة تساعدها على صنع أسلحة نووية أو أي أجهزة متفجرة نووية أخرى.

In its resolution 1373 (2001) of 28 September 2001, the Security Council called upon all States to report to the Counter-Terrorism Committee by 27 December 2001 on the steps taken to implement that resolution, and thereafter according to a timetable set by the Committee.
