16. calls upon the nuclear-weapon States to implement their nuclear disarmament commitments in a manner that enables the States parties to regularly monitor progress, and to agree as soon as possible on a standard reporting format to facilitate reporting;
16 - تهيب بالدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية أن تفي بالتزاماتها في مجال نزع السلاح النووي بطريقة تمكن الدول الأطراف من رصد التقدم المحرز بانتظام وأن تتفق في أقرب وقت ممكن على شكل موحد للإبلاغ من أجل تسهيل عملية الإبلاغ هذه؛

٤ - تطلب إلى الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية أن تضطلع بخفض الخطر النووي خفضا تدريجيا وبتنفيذ برنامج مرحلي ﻹجراء تخفيضات شديدة في اﻷسلحة النووية بصورة تدريجية ومتوازنة، وإلى تنفيذ تدابير فعالة لنزع اﻷسلحة النووية بهدف إزالة هذه اﻷسلحة إزالة تامة ضمن إطار زمني محدد؛

Action 5 of the 2010 action plan therefore calls upon the nuclear-weapon States to report on the implementation of the undertakings contained therein to the Preparatory Committee in 2014.
