She also calls upon those tribunals to constitute a model in respect of due process and of the rights of detainees to a fair trial.
كما تدعو تلك المحاكمَ إلى أن تكون نموذجاً لاحترام الإجراءات القانونية الواجبة وحقوق المحتجَزين في محاكمة عادلة.

45- تهيب بجميع الدول على أن تعمل بعزم على تقديم مرتكبي الجرائم بدوافع العنصرية وكره الأجانب للمحاكمة، وتناشد تلك الدول التي لم تنظر بعد في إدراج دوافع العنصرية وكراهية الأجانب في تشريعاتها بوصفها عاملاً من العوامل المشدّدة لأغراض إصدار الأحكام أن تفعل ذلك؛

The Secretary-General wishes to express his gratitude to those Member States and other partners that supported the Centre's operations and programmes with financial and in-kind contributions, and calls upon those in a position to do so to make voluntary contributions to the Centre to enable it to fulfil its mandate entrusted by the General Assembly.
