36. The Special Rapporteur welcomes the establishment of a task force to monitor the situation of children in camel racing.
36- وترحب المقررة الخاصة بإنشاء فرقة عمل لرصد حالة الأطفال المستخدمين كمتسابقين في سباقات الهجن.

The Committee carries out visits to camel racing courses and makes reports on these visits.
وتقوم هذه اللجنة بزيارات إلى ميادين سباق الهجن وتقدم تقارير عن هذه الزيارات.

Article 2: " In addition to the age criteria specified in article 1 of the present decision, the following conditions apply to participants in camel racing:

The Ministry of Labour has issued a list of the worst forms of child labour in the Sudan, pursuant to the Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention, which includes the participation of children below 18 years of age in camel racing.
وقد أصدرت وزارة العمل قائمة بأسوأ أشكال عمالة الأطفال في السودان بموجب اتفاقية 182 لمنظمة العمل الدولية حيث تضمنت الاشتراك في سباقات الهجن لأقل من 18 سنة باعتباره من أسوأ أشكال عمالة الأطفال.

القرار الوزاري رقم 152 لسنة 2004 الصادر عن وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل بشأن حظر تشغيل الأطفال دون الثامنة عشرة في سباق الهجن:

The Committee welcomes the steps taken by the State party to end the practice of camel racing with children as jockeys.
31- ترحب اللجنة بالخطوات التي اتخذتها الدولة الطرف من أجل إنهاء ممارسة استخدام الأطفال في سباق الهجن.

10. Her Government had adopted laws to protect human rights: it prohibited the participation of children in camel racing and had criminalized human trafficking.
10 - وسنت الحكومة الإماراتية قوانين تهدف إلى حماية حقوق الإنسان: فهي تمنع مشاركة الأطفال في سباقات الجمال وتعاقب على المتاجرة بالأشخاص.

The Committee notes with appreciation that the State party has introduced the ban on the use of child camel jockeys and notes with appreciation that the task force established to monitor the situation of children in camel racing has held a number of meetings with race organizers and parties interested or involved in racing activities.
61- تلاحظ اللجنة مع التقدير أن الدولة الطرف قد فرضت حظراً على استخدام الأطفال في سباقات الهُجن، كما تلاحظ مع التقدير أن فرقة العمل التي أُنشئت لرصد حالة استخدام الأطفال في سباقات الهُجن قد عقدت عدداً من الاجتماعات مع منظمي هذه السباقات والأطراف المهتمة أو المعنية بأنشطة سباق الهُجن.
