1 - لا يجوز لدولة تقيم دعوى أمام محكمة دولة أخرى أن تحتج بالحصانة من ولاية المحكمة في ما يتعلق بأي طلب مضاد ناشئ عن نفس العلاقة القانونية أو الوقائع التي نشأ عنها الطلب الأصلي.
