2. Education: States parties should recognize the important role that education can play with regard to promoting the development of the capacities of the child and enabling the child to more fully exercise her/his rights.
2- التعليم: ينبغي للدول الأطراف أن تعترف بالدور المهم الذي قد يقوم به التعليم فيما يتعلق بتعزيز تطوير قدرات الطفل وتمكين الطفل من ممارسة حقوقه بشكل متزايد.

44. The Committee recommends that the State party ensure the right of the child to freedom of religion and the full respect of the rights and duties of parents to give guidance to their children in the exercise of this right in a manner consistent with the evolving capacities of the child.

33. The Committee recommends that the State party ensure the right of all children to freedom of religion and the full respect of the rights and duties of parents to give guidance to their children in the exercise of this right in a manner consistent with the evolving capacities of the child.
33- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بضمان حق جميع الأطفال في حرية الدين والاحترام الكامل لحقوق الآباء وواجباتهم فيما يتعلق بتوجيه أطفالهم إلى ممارسة هذا الحق على نحو يتفق مع تنامي قدرات الطفل.

67. It was stated that there was an absence of a clear legal framework related to the " evolving capacities " of the child (for instance, the Convention does not restrict the exercise of the rights of the child on the grounds that the capacities of a child are not fully evolved).
