(ب) استعراض وتقييم وتحديث قوانينها الوطنية بحيث تكفل، بموجب التشريعات وفي الممارسة العملية، عدمَ توقيع عقوبة الإعدام أو السجن المؤبد في الجرائم التي يرتكبها أيُّ شخص يقل عُمْرُه عن ١٨ عاماً.

(g) To ensure that, under their legislation and in practice, neither capital punishment nor life imprisonment are imposed for offences committed by persons below 18 years of age;
(ز) أن تكفل عدم فرض عقوبة الإعدام أو السجن مدى الحياة في تشريعاتها وممارساتها، في الجرائم التي يرتكبها أشخاص دون سن الثامنة عشرة؛
