وفيما يتعلق بعمل اللجنة المعنية بالمفقودين، أود أن أكرر تأكيد التزام الجانب القبرصي التركي بالعمل الذي تضطلع به اللجنة وفقا للولاية التي اتفق عليها الجانبان تحت رعاية الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

(a) The work carried out by the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights to assist States parties in fulfilling their obligations, including through:
(أ) العمل الذي تضطلع به اللجنة المعنية بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية لمساعدة الدول الأطراف على الوفاء بالتزاماتها، بما في ذلك من خلال:
