The statement shall be in the languages deemed necessary by the carrier or the authorities concerned, and shall include at least the following points:
ويكتب البيان باللغات التي يرى الناقل أو السلطات المعنية أنها ضرورية، ويتضمن البيان النقاط التالية:

(i) The goods inside the container or vehicle have not actually been inspected by the carrier or a performing party; and

" Transport document " means a document issued under a contract of carriage by the carrier or a performing party that:

However, broad support was expressed for the rationale behind the proposal with regard to the situation in which the carrier or a performing party had actually inspected the goods.
ولكن، أعرب عن تأييد واسع للأساس المنطقي للاقتراح عندما يكون الناقل أو طرف منفذ قد تفقّد البضاعة فعلا.

(i) The goods inside the container have not actually been inspected by the carrier or a performing party; and
`1` لم يكن الناقل أو الطرف المنفّذ قد تفقَّد فعليا البضاعة الموجودة داخل الحاوية؛

The shipper, on delivery of the goods to the carrier or to the performing party for carriage, is entitled to obtain from the carrier, at the shipper's option:
يحق للشاحن عند تسليم البضاعة إلى الناقل أو إلى الطرف المنفّذ بغرض نقلها أن يحصل من الناقل وحسب اختيار الشاحن على:

" (i) an employee of the carrier or a performing party; or
" `1` أي مستخدم لدى الناقل أو لدى طرف منفِّذ؛ أو

(i) The goods inside the container or vehicle have not actually been inspected by the carrier or a performing party; and
`1` لم يكن الناقل أو الطرف المنفِّذ قد تفقَّد فعليا البضاعة الموجودة داخل تلك الحاوية أو العربة؛

The means of transport, the date of transfer and a signature should be provided by the carrier or carrier's representative taking possession of the consignment.
ويجب أيضاً الإفادة بوسيلة النقل وتاريخ التحرك والتوقيع من جانب الناقل أو من يمثله بحيازة الشحنة.

Upon delivery of the goods to a carrier or performing party
عند تسليم البضائع إلى الناقل أو إلى الطرف المنفذ:

(ii) The weight as furnished by the shipper before the carrier or a performing party receives the goods;
`2` الوزن، حسبما يورده الشاحن قبل أن يتسلم الناقل أو الطرف المنفذ البضاعة؛ و

(i) On which the carrier or a performing party received the goods, or
`1` الذي تسلم فيه الناقل أو الطرف المنفذ البضاعة، أو

unless the carrier or a performing party in fact inspects the goods inside the container or otherwise has actual knowledge of the contents of the container;
الا اذا قام الناقل أو الطرف المنفذ، فعلا، بتفقد البضاعة داخل الحاوية أو كان لديه، بطريقة أخرى، علم بمحتويات الحاوية؛

(ii) Will not interfere with the normal operations of the carrier or a performing party; and
`2` لن تتداخل مع عمليات الناقل أو الطرف المنفذ المعتادة؛

15. " Transport document " means a document issued under a contract of carriage by the carrier or a performing party that satisfies one or both of the following conditions:

When a transport document or an electronic transport record was issued, some particulars were not known to the carrier or to the shipper.
وعند إصدار وثيقة نقل أو سجل نقل اليكتروني لا تُعرف بعض التفاصيل للناقل أو الشاحن.

Alternatively, if the document of title is issued in negotiable form, this means the carrier or warehouse keeper is obligated to deliver the assets represented by the document to the person currently in possession of it.
54- ومن ناحية أخرى، إذا كان مستند الملكية صادرا في شكل قابل للتداول، فإن ذلك يعني أن الشاحن أو متعهد المستودع ملزم بتسليم الموجودات المبينة في المستند إلى الشخص الحائز له في الوقت الراهن.
