(a) Copies of geological, environmental, geochemical and geophysical data acquired by the Contractor in the course of carrying out the programme of activities that are necessary for and relevant to the effective exercise of the powers and functions of the Authority in respect of the exploration area;
(أ) نسخ من جميع البيانات الجيولوجية، والبيئية، والجيوكيميائية والجيوفيزيائية التي حصل عليها في أثناء تنفيذ برنامج الأنشطة مما يلزم ويتسم بالأهمية من أجل ممارسة السلطة لسلطاتها ومهامها بفعالية فيما يتعلق بقطاع الاستكشاف؛

(c) a statement, in conformity with internationally accepted accounting principles and certified by a duly qualified firm of public accountants, or, where the Contractor is a State or a state enterprise, by the sponsoring State, of the actual and direct exploration expenditures of the Contractor in carrying out the programme of activities during the Contractor's accounting year.
(ج) وبيان متفق ومبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة دوليا ومصدق عليه من شركة محاسبين عموميين مؤهلــة على النحو الواجب أو من الدولــــة المزكية، عندمـا يكون المتعاقــد دولـــة أو مؤسسة تابعة للدولة، يتضمن النفقات الفعلية والمباشرة المتعلقة بالاستكشاف التي تحملها المتعاقد لدى الاضطلاع ببرنامج العمل خلال السنة المحاسبية للمتعاقد.
