(ب) تنظيم أنشطة لتدريب بشكل منهجي وبناء قدرات الأشخاص العاملين على الخط الهاتفي الموجود بغية منع حدوث حالات بيع الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في البغاء والمواد الإباحية ومعالجتها بشكل فعلي؛

28. The Committee urges the State party to revise its Criminal Code and bring it into full compliance with articles 2-3 of the Optional Protocol. In particular, the Committee recommends that the State party define and prohibit all cases of sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography in accordance with the Protocol.
28- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مراجعة قانونها الجنائي وتعديله لضمان الامتثال الكامل للمادتين 2 و3 من البروتوكول الاختياري، كما توصي اللجنة بصورة خاصة بأن تحدد الدولة الطرف وتحظر كل حالات بيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء والمواد الإباحية وفق ما ينص عليه البروتوكول.

(a) The State party, in accordance with its obligation under articles 1, 2 and 3 of the Optional Protocol, define and prohibit all cases of sale of children, child prostitution and pornography, a concept which is similar to but not identical to trafficking in persons;
(أ) أن تقوم الدولة الطرف، وفقاً لالتزاماتها بموجب المواد 1 و2 و3 من البروتوكول الاختياري، بتعريف وحظر جميع حالات بيع الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في البغاء والمواد الإباحية، وهي مفاهيم وإن كانت مشابهة لمفهوم الاتجار بالبشر إلا أنها ليست مطابقة له؛

(d) Enacting legislation in full compliance with its obligations under articles 1, 2 and 3 of the Optional Protocol to define and prohibit all cases of sale of children.
(د) إصدار تشريعات تمتثل بالكامل لالتزاماتها بموجب المواد 1 و2 و3 من البروتوكول الاختياري لتعريف وحظر جميع حالات بيع الأطفال.

11. The Committee urges the State party to provide a clear definition, and prohibit all cases, of " sale of children " - a concept which is similar to, but not identical with, trafficking in persons - , as set forth in article 2 and 3 of the Protocol.
11- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تقديم تعريف واضح وحظر جميع حالات " بيع الأطفال " - وهو مفهوم مشابه للاتجار بالأشخاص لكنه غير متطابق معه تماماً -، على النحو المنصوص عليه في المادتين 2 و3 من البروتوكول.

(b) Ensure that the aforementioned draft law defining and criminalizing the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography includes a clear definition, and prohibits all cases of " sale of children " - a concept which is similar to, but not identical with, trafficking in persons ; and
(ب) ضمان تضمين مشروع القانون المذكور آنفاً، الذي يعرّف ويجرّم [بيع الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في البغاء والمواد الإباحية]، تعريفاً واضحاً وحظراً لجميع حالات " بيع الأطفال " - وهو مفهوم مشابه للاتجار بالأشخاص دون أن يتطابق معه؛

However, it remains concerned at the occurrence of intercountry adoptions, despite the efforts of the State party to counter such practices, which are not made through the competent authority or accredited body but through individual channels, including cases of sale of children for " adoption " .
