At the 39th meeting, on the same day, the ChairpersonRapporteur of the Openended inter-sessional working group on a draft optional protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflicts, Ms. Catherine von Heidenstam, introduced the report of the working group on its sixth session (E/CN.4/2000/74).
