In view of the directives of the Commission on Human Rights prohibiting the adoption by the Sub-Commission of country-specific resolutions, decisions or Chairperson's statements, the Sub-Commission initiated a process of reviewing and reforming its agenda item 2 relating to violations of human rights in countries.
12- وبالنظر إلى توجيهات لجنة حقوق الإنسان التي تمنع اللجنة الفرعية من اعتماد قرارات أو مقررات أو بيانات الرئيس بشأن الحالات الخاصة بكل بلد، فقد شرعت اللجنة الفرعية في عملية مراجعة وتعديل البند 2 من جدول أعمالها فيما يتعلق بانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في البلدان.

4. The SubCommission adopted 30 resolutions, took 17 decisions and agreed on 6 Chairperson's statements. The texts of these resolutions, decisions and Chairperson's statements appear in chapter II, sections A, B and C, respectively.
