وتوصي اللجنة بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف تعزيز برامج لإثناء الأطفال عن التسول ومنعهم من ممارسته وضمان تنفيذ مثل هذه البرامج في جميع المناطق التي يشكل فيها تسوّل الأطفال مصدراً للقلق.
