The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to build a system of restorative and rehabilitative juvenile justice fully in line with the Convention, in particular articles 37, 39 and 40, with other relevant standards, and with the Committee's general comment No. 10 (2007) on children's rights in juvenile justice.
