It should also be distributed and made known to professionals working for and with children, including judges, lawyers and legal aid providers, teachers, guardians, social workers, officials of public or private welfare institutions, as well as to all children and civil society.
كما ينبغي توزيعه على المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ولفائدتهم، وتعريفهم به، بمن فيهم القضاة والمحامون ومقدمو المساعدة القانونية والمعلمون والأوصياء والمرشدون الاجتماعيون وموظفو مؤسسات الرعاية العامة أو الخاصة، وعلى جميع الأطفال والمجتمع المدني.

15. The Committee recommends that the State party prepare a comprehensive policy on children and, on the basis of the policy and in consultation with children and civil society, that it develop a comprehensive strategy for the overall realization of the principles and provisions of the Convention.
15- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإعداد سياسة شاملة بشأن الأطفال، والقيام على أساس هذه السياسة والتشاور مع الأطفال والمجتمع المدني بوضع استراتيجية شاملة لإعمال مبادئ الاتفاقية وأحكامها إعمالاً تاماً.

CRC appreciated the formulation of the National Youth Development Policy (2003) but remained concerned that it was not a comprehensive plan of action and that the participation of children and civil society in its elaboration and implementation had been insufficient.
وأشادت لجنة حقوق الطفل بصياغة السياسة الوطنية للنهوض بالشباب (2003)(28)، بيد أنها ظلت تشعر بالقلق لكون هذه السياسة لا تشكل خطة عمل شاملة ولعدم كفاية مشاركة الأطفال والمجتمع المدني في وضعها وتنفيذها.

13. The Committee recommends that the State party prepare a comprehensive national policy on children in consultation with children and civil society and develop programmes for its application, ensuring these are provided with sufficient human, technical and financial resources.
13- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تعدّ سياسة وطنية شاملة بشأن الأطفال وذلك بالتشاور مع الأطفال والمجتمع المدني واستحداث برامج لتطبيقها، ممّا يضمن تخصيص الموارد البشرية والمالية والتقنية المناسبة لهذه البرامج.

(b) Ensure that all relevant actors including children and civil society are consulted in the process of drafting, implementing and monitoring the said strategy;
