I strongly urge any remnants of Union of Islamic Courts forces and all other armed groups to cease the practice of recruitment and use of children in direct violation of international humanitarian law, and to take the necessary actions for the unconditional demobilization of all children present in any capacity in their armed forces.
76 - وأحث بشدة مَنْ تبقَّى من قوات اتحاد المحاكم الإسلامية وسائر الجماعات المسلحة على وقف ممارسة تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم، فذلك انتهاك مباشر للقانون الإنساني الدولي، مع اتخاذ ما يلزم من الإجراءات للقيام دون قيد أو شرط بتسريح جميع الأطفال المنخرطين بأي صفة في صفوف قواتها المسلحة.
