As regards children separated from their parents and placed in out-of-home care, the Committee is concerned at the insufficient number of educational and social programmes for these children.
وبخصوص الأطفال المنفصلين عن والديهم والمشمولين بالرعاية البديلة للأسرة، تشعر اللجنة بالقلق إزاء عدم كفاية البرامج التعليمية والاجتماعية الخاصة بهؤلاء الأطفال.

153. The Committee recommends that the State party continue to support and promote kafalah as a means of alternative care with a view to reducing the need to resort to residential care for children separated from their parents.
153- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف أن تستمر في دعم وتعزيز نظام " الكفالة " كوسيلة للرعاية البديلة بهدف الحد من الحاجة إلى اللجوء إلى إيداع الأطفال المنفصلين عن والديهم في مؤسسات الرعاية.

228. The Government remains of the view that the natural family setting provided by foster care and small group homes offers the best form of care for children separated from their parents.
228- وما زالت الحكومة ترى أن البيئة الأسرية الطبيعية التي توفرها الكفالة والمنازل التي تأوي مجموعات صغيرة تمنح الأطفال المنفصلين عن والديهم أفضل أشكال الرعاية.

(d) Develop targeted programmes to protect the rights of children separated from their parents and working in the streets;

(d) Undertake all necessary efforts to allow the Institute for Social Welfare and Research to carry out a periodic review of placement of all children separated from their parents, whether in institutions or in foster families.
(د) اتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لتمكين معهد الرعاية الاجتماعية والبحوث من القيام باستعراض دوري لمحل إقامة جميع الأطفال المنفصلين عن والديهم المودعين سواء في مؤسسات رعاية الطفولة أو أسر حاضنة.

(b) Number of children separated from their parents as a result of court decisions (inter alia, in relation to situations of detention, imprisonment, exile or deportation);
(ب) عدد الأطفال المنفصلين عن والديهم بسبب قرارات المحاكم (بما في ذلك لأسباب تتعلق بأوضاع الاحتجاز أو السجن أو النفي أو الترحيل)؛

(d) Number and percentage of children separated from their parents who are living in institutions or with foster families as well as the duration of placement and frequency of its review;
(د) عدد ونسبة الأطفال المنفصلين عن والديهم والذين يعيشون في مؤسسات الرعاية أو أسر الكفالة، فضلاً عن مدة الإيداع ووتيرة استعراضه؛

630. The Committee is concerned about the large number of children separated from their parents who are living in institutions in the State party, despite the State party's intention to reduce the number of institutionalized children.
630- تعرب اللجنة عن قلقها إزاء العدد الكبير من الأطفال المنفصلين عن والديهم ويعيشون في مؤسسات للرعاية في الدولة الطرف، وذلك على الرغم من اعتزام الدولة الطرف التقليل من عدد الأطفال الذين يودَعون في هذه المؤسسات.

(b) The number of children separated from their parents as a result of court decisions (inter alia, in relation to situations of parental abuse or neglect, detention, imprisonment, labour migration, exile or deportation);
(ب) عدد الأطفال المنفصلين عن والديهم بسبب قرارات المحاكم (بما في ذلك لأسباب تتعلق بأوضاع الاستغلال أو الإهمال الأبوي أو الاحتجاز أو السجن أو النفي أو الترحيل)؛
