22. For that reason one of the most important tasks of society and of the State in ensuring and giving effect to the rights and freedoms of the citizens of Ukraine is wide enlightenment and education.
٢٢- ولهذا السبب كان أحد المهام اﻷكثر أهمية للمجتمع والدولة في ضمان وممارسة حقوق وحريات مواطني أوكرانيا هو التنوير والتعليم على نطاق واسع.
