The Serb Civic Council, always being in favour of peace, supports that decision.
ولما كان المجلس المدني الصربي محبذا للسلم دوما فهو يؤيد ذلك القرار.

At the same time, some 200,000 Serbs live in the territory controlled by the legal authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while some 400,000 are refugees, the majority of whom support the positions of the Serb Civic Council.
وفي الوقت نفسه، يعيش زهاء ٠٠٠ ٢٠٠ صربي في اﻷراضي الخاضعة لسيطرة سلطات البوسنة والهرسك الشرعية، كما أن هناك ٠٠٠ ٤٠٠ لاجئ غالبيتهم يؤيدون مواقف المجلس المدني الصربي.

Therefore, the Serb Civic Council requests, once more, and anticipates its equal participation both in the peace process and in deciding on peace and the future of the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Serb Civic Council believes that the peace process cannot be successful, and in particular sufficient pressure cannot be put upon Karadzic's side to accept the Contact Group peace plan, unless the international community recognizes the interest and will of this other half of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Serb community, who have accepted the plan.
ويعتقد المجلس المدني الصربي أن العملية السلمية لا يمكن أن تكون ناجحة، وأنه لا يمكن على وجه الخصوص ممارسة ضغط كاف على جانب كارادزتش لقبول الخطة السلمية لمجموعة الاتصال، ما لم يعترف المجتمع الدولي بمصلحة وارادة هذا النصف اﻵخر من المجتمع الصربي في البوسنة والهرسك الذي قبل الخطة.

In other words, we demand formal recognition by the Contact Group countries of the existence of two separate and politically opposite Serb options: one represented by Karadzic and based on naked force; the other represented by the Serb Civic Council, which has chosen peace and inter-ethnic coexistence.
وبعبارة أخرى، نطلب الاعتراف الرسمي من قبل بلدان مجموعة الاتصال بوجود خيارين صربيين منفصلين ومتعارضين سياسيا: أحدهما يمثله كارادزتش ويرتكز على القوة المجردة؛ واﻵخر يمثله المجلس المدني الصربي، الذي اختار السلم والتعايش فيما بين الجماعات الاثنية.

With this in view, we kindly ask whether you would be prepared to receive a delegation of the Serb Civic Council and give us an opportunity to put to you our views and suggestions for the political solution to the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
وإذ نضع هذا نصب أعيننا فاننا نرجو منكم التكرم بالافادة عما اذا كنتم على استعداد لاستقبال وفد من المجلس المدني الصربي ومنحنا فرصة أن نعرض عليكم آرائنا واقتراحاتنا المتعلقة بالحل السياسي للحرب في البوسنة والهرسك.

The Assembly considers that the will of the citizens of Serbian nationality and origin who live on the territory under the control of the legal authorities of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina should be represented by the Serb Civic Council before the international factors and in the peace process.
وترى الجمعية أنه ينبغي تمثيل إرادة المواطنين من ذوي القومية واﻷصل الصربيين الذين يعيشون في اﻹقليم الخاضع لسيطرة السلطات الشرعية لجمهورية البوسنة والهرسك بواسطة المجلس المدني الصربي أمام العناصر الدولية وفي عملية السلام. ــ ــ ــ ــ ــ

The Assembly has elected the Serb Civic Council that is to represent the will and interests of the citizens of Serbian nationality and of Serb ethnic origin, who live in the territory controlled by the legal authorities of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, before the international forums, particularly relating to activities of the peace process.
انتخبت الجمعية المجلس المدني الصربي الذي سيمثل إرادة ومصالح المواطنين من القومية الصربية ومن اﻷصل الاثني الصربي، الذين يعيشون في اﻹقليم الذي تسيطر عليه السلطات الشرعية في جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك، أمام المحافل الدولية، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بأنشطة عملية السلم.
