Participants at the joint meeting made many useful suggestions regarding the need to systematize efforts to ensure collaboration and the exchange of information, and requested the Office of the High Commissioner to make every effort to ensure their implementation through systematic institutionalized mechanisms, particularly the following:

(b) The need to systematize collaboration and the exchange of information, rather than rely on the valuable but ad hoc initiatives of some mechanisms, individual experts or staff members;
(ب) ضرورة جعل التعاون وتبادل الآراء عملية منتظمة بدلا من الاعتماد على المبادرات التي تتخذها بعض الآليات أو الخبراء أو الموظفين، وهي مبادرات قيِّمة ولكنها متخذة لغرض معين ليس إلا؛

(e) Reaffirmed the need for improving collaboration and the exchange of information between treaty bodies and the special procedures mandates of the Commission on Human Rights. The following recommendations to this effect, were made, inter alia:
(ه) إعادة تأكيد الحاجة إلى تحسين التعاون وتبادل المعلومات بين الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات وولايات لجنة حقوق الإنسان فيما يتعلق بالإجراءات الخاصة؛ وقدمت التوصيات التالية، ضمن جملة أمور، لتنفيذ ذلك:

(n) Participants at the fourth joint meeting made useful suggestions regarding the need to systematize efforts with a view to ensuring collaboration and the exchange of information, and requested OHCHR to make every effort to ensure their implementation through systematic institutionalized mechanisms.
(ن) طرح المشاركون في الاجتماع المشترك الرابع اقتراحات مفيدة تتعلق بالحاجة إلى تنسيق الجهود بهدف ضمان التعاون وتبادل المعلومات، وطلبوا إلى المكتب أن يبذل قصارى جهوده من أجل ضمان تنفيذها من خلال آليات مؤسسية منهجية.
