In accordance with the provisions of article 163, paragraph 8, of the Convention, members of the Commission shall not disclose, even after the termination of their functions, any industrial secret, proprietary data which are transferred to the Authority in accordance with annex III, article 14, of the Convention, or any other confidential information coming to their knowledge by reason of their duties for the Authority.
ولا يفشي أعضاء اللجنة، وفقا لأحكام الفقرة 8 من المادة 163 من الاتفاقية أي أسرار صناعية أو معلومات متملكة أحيلت إلى السلطة وفقا للمادة 14 من المرفق الثالث للاتفاقية أو أي معلومات سرية أخرى علموا بها بحكم اضطلاعهم بواجباتهم مع السلطة، وذلك حتى بعد انتهاء مهامهم.

4. The Secretary-General and staff of the Authority shall not disclose, even after the termination of their functions with the Authority, any industrial secret, proprietary data which are transferred to the Authority in accordance with Annex III, article 14, of the Convention, or any other confidential information coming to their knowledge by reason of their employment with the Authority.
4 - لا يفشي الأمين العام أو موظفو السلطة، حتى بعد انتهاء مهامهم لدى السلطة، أي أسرار صناعية أو بيانات متملكة تحال إلى السلطة، وفقا للمادة 14 من المرفق الثالث للاتفاقية، أو أي معلومات سرية أخرى علموا بها بحكم عملهم مع السلطة.

Subject to their responsibilities to the Executive Board, not disclose any confidential or proprietary information coming to their knowledge by reason of their duties for the Executive Board.
(ز) رهناً بمسؤولية الأعضاء أمام المجلس التنفيذي، عليهم ألا يفشوا أي معلومات سرية أو مسجلة الملكية تصل إلى علمهم بحكم أدائهم لواجباتهم في المجلس التنفيذي.

1- {على أعضاء المجلس التنفيذي، بمن فيهم الأعضاء المناوبون،} رهناً بمسؤوليتهم أمام المجلس، ألا يفشوا أي معلومات سرية أو مسجلة الملكية تصل إلى علمهم بحكم أدائهم لمهامهم في المجلس التنفيذي.

They shall not disclose, even after termination of their functions, any confidential information coming to their knowledge by reason of their duties for the Authority.
وعليهم، حتى بعد انتهاء مهامهم، ألا يفشوا أية معلومات سرية يطلعون عليها بحكم واجباتهم إزاء السلطة.

" 4. The members of the Commission shall not disclose, even after they cease to be members, any confidential information coming to their knowledge by reason of their duties in relation to the Commission.
" 4 - لا يكشف أعضاء اللجنة، حتى بعد أن تنتهي عضويتهم فيها، عن أي معلومات سرية نمت إلى علمهم بسبب أدائهم لواجباتهم فيما يتصل باللجنة.

1- {على أعضاء لجنة الإشراف على التنفيذ المشترك، بمن فيهم الأعضاء المناوبون،} رهناً بمسؤوليتهم أمام لجنة الإشراف {على التنفيذ المشترك}، ألا يفشوا أي معلومات سرية أو مسجلة الملكية تصل إلى علمهم بحكم أدائهم لمهامهم في لجنة الإشراف {على التنفيذ المشترك}.
