2. Pursuant to the above request, by a note dated 5 March 1997, the Secretary-General invited the Governments of Member States as well as of other States to submit the comments referred to in paragraph 2 of resolution 49/61.
٢ - وعملا بالطلب المذكور أعلاه، دعا اﻷمين العام في مذكرة مؤرخة ٥ آذار/ مارس ١٩٩٧، حكومات الدول اﻷعضاء فضلا عن حكومات الدول اﻷخرى إلى تقديم التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة ٢ من القرار ٤٩/٦١.

11. Requests the small intersessional working group to consider the comments referred to in paragraph 9 above and to present its outcome, through the Secretariat, to the Openended working Group for its consideration;
11 - يطلب من الفريق العامل المصغر لفترة ما بين الدورات أن ينظر في التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 9 أعلاه وأن يقدم نتائجه من خلال الأمانة إلى الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية للنظر فيها؛

11. Requests the small intersessional working group to consider the comments referred to in paragraph 9 above and to present its outcome, through the Secretariat, to the Openended working Group for its consideration;
11 - يطلب إلى الفريق العامل المصغر لما بين الدورات أن ينظر في التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 9 آنفاً وأن يقدم نتائجه، من خلال الأمانة، إلى الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية للنظر فيها؛

4. Requests the Secretariat to prepare a compilation of the comments referred to in paragraph 3 of the present decision for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its eleventh meeting.
4 - يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تقوم بتجميع التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 3 من هذا المقرر لكي ينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الحادي عشر.

The Conference also requested the Secretariat to prepare a compilation of the comments referred to in paragraph 3 of that decision for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its eleventh meeting.
وطلب المؤتمر أيضاً إلى الأمانة أن تُعد تجميعاً للتعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 3 من ذلك المقرر لينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف.

2. The Committee may also transmit to the Economic and Social Council the comments referred to in paragraph 1 of this rule, together with copies of the reports it has received from the States parties to the Covenant and the observations, if any, submitted by them.

(a) The comments referred to in paragraph 3 of the present decision with a view to preparing any further amendments of the general technical guidelines and the technical guidelines on PCBs;
(أ) التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 3 من هذا المقرر بغرض إعداد أي تعديلات أخرى على المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية العامة والمبادئ التوجيهية التقنية بشأن مركبات ثنائي الفينيل متعدد الكلور؛

10. The TTE shall respond to and incorporate the comments referred to in paragraph 9 above from the Party concerned and finalize, in consultation with the Party concerned, the summary report within three months of the receipt of the comments.
10- ويجب على فريق الخبراء التقنيين الرد على التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 9 أعلاه والواردة من الطرف المعني وأخذها في الاعتبار، ووضع اللمسات الأخيرة على التقرير الموجز، بالتشاور مع الطرف المعني، في مهلة ثلاثة أشهر من استلام التعليقات.

Decides to operationalize the registry by requesting the secretariat to deploy the first release of the dynamic web-based registry at least two months before the nineteenth session of the Conference of the Parties, after having taken into consideration the comments referred to in paragraph 9 above;
10- يقرر تشغيل السجل بمطالبة الأمانة ببدء استخدام أول نسخة للسجل التفاعلي القائم على شبكة الإنترنت، شهرين على الأقل قبل الدورة التاسعة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف، مع مراعاة التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 9 أعلاه؛

6. Requests the small intersessional working group to consider the comments referred to in paragraph 3 of the present decision and to report on the results of its work, through the Secretariat, to the Openended Working Group at its ninth meeting for its consideration;
6 - يطلب إلى الفريق المصغَّر العامل بين الدورات إلى أن ينظر في التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 3 من هذا المقرر وأن يقدِّم تقريراً عن نتائج عمله؛ عن طريق الأمانة، إلى الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في اجتماعه التاسع للنظر فيه؛

6. Requests the small intersessional working group to consider the comments referred to in paragraph 3 above and to report on the results of its work, through the Secretariat, to the Openended Working Group at its eighth session for its consideration.
6 - يطلب إلى الفريق الصغير العامل بين الدورات أن ينظر في التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 3 أعلاه، وأن يُقدِّم تقريراً عن نتائج عمله، عن طريق الأمانة، إلى الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في دورته الثامنة للنظر فيه.

Requests the small intersessional working group established pursuant to paragraph 9 of decision OEWG-I/4 to consider the comments referred to in paragraph 1 above and to report on the results of its work, through the Secretariat, to the Conference of the Parties at its tenth meeting for its consideration.
2 - يطلب إلى الفريق الصغير العامل بين الدورات المنشأ عملاً بالفقرة 9 من مقرر الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية - 1/4 أن ينظر في التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 أعلاه وأن يقدم تقريراً عن نتائج عمله عن طريق الأمانة إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه العاشر للنظر فيها.

7 - يطلب إلى البلد الرائد، أو إلى الأمانة في حال عدم وجود بلد رائد، أن يعدّا المشروع المنقح للمبادئ التوجيهية التقنية المستكملة، بمراعاة التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 6 أعلاه، وبالتشاور مع الفريق المصغّر العامل بين الدورات، ورهناً بتوافر التمويل، لكي ينظر فيه الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في اجتماعه التاسع؛

4. Requests Germany, in consultation with the small intersessional working group, to prepare draft revised versions, taking into account the comments referred to in paragraph 2 of the present decision, to be posted on the Basel Convention website by 15 September 2006, for consideration by the small intersessional working group;
4 - يطلب إلى ألمانيا أن تقوم، بالتشاور مع الفريق العامل المصغر لما بين الدورات، بإعداد مشروع النسخ المنقحة، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار التعليقات المشار إليها في الفقرة 2 من هذا المقرر لكي توضع على موقع اتفاقية بازل على شبكة الويب قبل 15 أيلول/سبتمبر 2006، ولكي ينظر فيها الفريق العامل المصغر لما بين الدورات؛
