It strongly urged the States imposing unilateral economic sanctions, to commit themselves to their obligations and responsibilities under international law, to repeal immediately all existing measures and to refrain from such practices, as they are inconsistent with the provisions of international law and objectives and principles of the UN Charter and WTO (World Trade Organization) agreements.
وحث بقوة الدول التي تفرض العقوبات الاقتصادية الانفرادية، على أن تلتزم بتعهداتها ومسؤولياتها بموجب القانون الدولي، وأن تلغي فورا جميع التدابير الحالية، وتمتنع عن اللجوء إلى مثل هذه الممارسات التي تتعارض مع أحكام القانون الدولي وأهداف ومبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة واتفاقيات منظمة التجارة العالمية.
