118. If he fails to recover after the maximum sick-leave period of six months, the worker is entitled to a pension proportionate to the disability as assessed by the competent medical board. If the illness persists after his full recovery from a disability equivalent to 35 per cent or more of full disability, the worker is awarded a partial pension based on the percentage of his partial disability multiplied by the full pension.
118- وفي حالة عدم شفائه بعد إجازته المرضية لمدة أقصاها (6) أشهر يستحق الراتب التقاعدي بنسبة العجز الذي تقدره اللجنة الطبية المختصة أما إذا استمر المرض بعد شفائه التام عن عجز يساوي 35 في المائة من العجز الكامل فأكثر يمنح العامل راتبا تقاعديا جزئيا على أساس نسبة عجزه الجزئي مضروبا بالراتب التقاعدي المرضي الكامل.
