With regard to articles 4, 5 and 6 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party continue its efforts to establish a domestic legal order giving full effect to the provisions of the Convention and to ensure effective and equal access to remedies through the competent national tribunals and other State institutions against any acts of racial discrimination and related intolerance.
210- وفيما يتعلق بالمواد 4 و5 و6 من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف بذل جهودها من أجل إقامة نظام قانوني داخلي يتيح تنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية تنفيذاً كاملاً ويكفل الوصول الفعلي وعلى قدم المساواة إلى ما توفره المحاكم الوطنية المختصة وغيرها من مؤسسات الدولة من سبل الانتصاف من أعمال التمييز العنصري وما يتصل بها من تعصب.

A. Information on the legislative, judicial, administrative or other measures which give effect to the provisions of article 6 of the Convention, in particular, measures taken to assure to everyone within the jurisdiction of the reporting State effective protection and remedies, through the competent national tribunals and other State institutions, against any acts of racial discrimination which violate his human rights and fundamental freedoms;
ألف- معلومات عن التدابير التشريعية أو القضائية أو الإدارية أو التدابير الأخرى التي تنفذ أحكام المادة 6 من الاتفاقية، لا سيما التدابير المتخذة لضمان الحماية الفعالة وسبل الانتصاف لكل فرد يوجد في إطار ولاية الدولة مقدمة التقرير وذلك من خلال المحاكم الوطنية المختصة وغيرها من مؤسسات الدولة حماية من أية تصرفات من تصرفات التمييز العنصري التي تشكل انتهاكاً لحقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية لهذا الفرد؛

(d) Ensuring that people of African descent have full access to effective protection and remedies through the competent national tribunals and other State institutions against any acts of racial discrimination, and the right to seek from such tribunals just and adequate reparation or satisfaction for any damage suffered as a result of such discrimination;
(د) كفالة تمتع المنحدرين من أصل أفريقي على نحو تام بالحماية الفعلية وسبل الإنصاف المتاحة عبر المحاكم الوطنية المختصة وغيرها من مؤسسات الدولة ضد ما قد يتعرضون له من أعمال التمييز العنصري، والحق في الحصول، عبر هذه المحاكم، على الجبر أو الترضية بشكل عادل وبالقدر الكافي عن أي ضرر يصيبهم نتيجة لهذا التمييز؛
