The chairpersons urge the treaty bodies to take all appropriate measures in response to situations of massive violations of human rights, including the possibility of bringing those violations to the attention of the High Commissioner for Human Rights as well as the Secretary-General and the competent organs and bodies of the United Nations, including the Security Council.

٢ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام العمل على قيام اﻷجهزة والهيئات المختصة التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بنشر الاعلان على نطاق واسع، وعلى إدماج مبادئه في برامجها وعملياتها وفقـا للفقرتيـن ٣٢ و ٤٢ من تقرير اللجنة المعنية بالتنمية المستدامة عن دورتها اﻷولى)١٩(.
