Notes that a growing number of States and other entities as well as relevant regional and subregional fisheries management organizations and arrangements have adopted legislation, established regulations or applied other measures to ensure compliance with resolutions 46/215, 49/116 and 51/36, and urges them to enforce fully such measures;
٢ - تلاحظ أن عددا متزايدا من الدول والكيانات اﻷخرى، وكذلك المنظمات والترتيبات اﻹقليمية ودون اﻹقليمية ذات الصلة المعنية بإدارة مصائد اﻷسماك، قد اعتمدت تشريعات أو وضعت أنظمة أو طبﱠقت تدابير أخرى لكفالة الامتثال للقرارات ٤٦/٢١٥ و ٤٩/١١٦ و ٥١/٣٦، وتحثها على إنفاذ هذه التدابير بالكامل؛

4. The General Assembly therefore urged States and other entities, as well as relevant regional and subregional fisheries management organizations and arrangements that had adopted legislation, established regulations or applied other measures to ensure compliance with resolutions 46/215, 49/116 and 51/36 to enforce fully such measures.
٤ - وحثت الجمعية العامة بالتالي الدول والكيانات اﻷخرى، وكذلك المنظمات والترتيبات اﻹقليمية ودون اﻹقليمية ذات الصلة المعنية بإدارة مصائد اﻷسماك، التي اعتمدت تشريعات أو وضعت أنظمة أو طبقت تدابير أخرى لكفالة الامتثال للقرارات ٤٦/٢١٥، و ٤٩/١١٦، و ٥١/٣٦، على إنفاذ هذه التدابير تنفيذا كاملا.
