1. Reaffirms once again its support for the Peace Agreement, as well as for the Dayton Paris Agreement on implementing the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina of 10 November 1995 (S/1995/1021, annex) and calls upon the parties to comply strictly with their obligations under those Agreements;

16. Deplores the continuing flows of mercenaries into the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and calls upon all Member States to comply strictly with their obligations under paragraph 9 of resolution 1970 (2011) to prevent the provision of armed mercenary personnel to the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya;

90. The Russian side plans to express traditional reservations when signing the Protocol to the Treaties on Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones in Central Asia and in South-East Asia that will not affect the interests of States wishing to comply strictly with their obligations under the Treaty.
90 - ويعتزم الجانب الروسي إبداء تحفظات تقليدية عند التوقيع على البروتوكولين الملحقين بمعاهدتي إنشاء منطقتين خاليتين من الأسلحة النووية في وسط وجنوب شرق آسيا، دون المساس بمصالح الدول التي تريد أن تتقيد بدقة بالتزاماتها بموجب المعاهدة.

4. Also condemns all violence, irrespective of where it comes from, and calls upon all parties to immediately put an end to all forms of violence, including terrorist acts and acts of violence or intimidation that may foment sectarian tensions, and to comply strictly with their obligations under international law, including international humanitarian law;
