٣ - تؤكد أيضا ضرورة التزام الأطراف الهدوء وضبط النفس والامتناع عن اتخاذ إجراءات استفزازية وإطلاق تصريحات تحريضية ومؤججة للمشاعر، وبخاصة في المجالات المتسمة بحساسية دينية وثقافية، وتعرب عن بالغ قلقها بوجه خاص من سلسلة الحوادث السلبية التي وقعت مؤخرا في القدس الشرقية؛

3. Expressing its grave concern in particular about the continuation by Israel, the occupying Power, of illegal settlement activities and its construction of the wall in and around East Jerusalem, and the further isolation of the city from the rest of the Occupied Palestinian Territory, which is having a detrimental effect on the lives of Palestinians and could prejudge a final status agreement on Jerusalem,
وإذ تعرب عن شديد قلقها بوجه خاص إزاء استمرار اسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، في القيام بأنشطة استيطانية غير قانونية، وفي تشييد الجدار داخل القدس الشرقية وحولها، ومواصلة عزل المدينة عن بقية الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما لذلك من أثر ضار على حياة الفلسطينيين، وبما يستبق الحكم على أي اتفاق بشأن المركز النهائي للقدس،

Expressing grave concern also about the construction by Israel of a wall inside the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including in and around East Jerusalem, and expressing its concern in particular about the route of the wall in departure from the Armistice Line of 1949, which could prejudge future negotiations and make the two-State solution physically impossible to implement and would cause the Palestinian people further humanitarian hardship,
وإذ تعرب عن شديد القلق أيضا إزاء بناء إسرائيل جدارا داخل الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها داخل القدس الشرقية وحولها، وإذ تعرب عن قلقها بوجه خاص بشأن امتداد الجدار خروجا على خط الهدنة لعام 1949، وهو ما يمكن أن يكون بمثابة حكم مسبق على أية مفاوضات في المستقبل ويجعل حل قيام دولتين مستحيل التنفيذ ماديا، كما أن من شأنه أن يزيد من المحنة الإنسانية التي يتعرض لها الشعب الفلسطيني،

The Committee expresses concern in particular about the growing imprisonment rates of indigenous women and the substandard conditions in many prisons (arts. 5 and 6).
وتعرب اللجنة عن انشغالها خصوصاً إزاء تزايد معدلات سجن نساء الشعوب الأصلية والظروف المتردية في سجون كثيرة (المادتان 5 و6).

The Committee expresses concern in particular at the insufficiency of measures in place, legislative or otherwise, to promote the employment of persons with disabilities and at the difficulties faced by persons with intellectual disabilities in accessing some health services (art. 2, para. 2).
