ILO Convention No. 159 concerning " Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (Disabled Persons) was adopted by the International Labour Conference in 1983 and since then has been ratified by some 73 countries.

International standards, such as the ILO Convention concerning vocational rehabilitation and Employment (Disabled Persons) and the ILO National Social Protection Floors Recommendation provided relevant guidance.
وتُوفِّر المعايير الدولية، مثل اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية بشأن التأهيل المهني والعمالة (المعوقون) وتوصية منظمة العمل الدولية بشأن الحدود الدنيا للحماية الاجتماعية الوطنية، التوجيهات ذات الصلة.

Viet Nam is actively considering ratification of the Convention and ILO Convention No. 159 concerning vocational rehabilitation and Employment (Disabled Persons) (1983), and is currently finalizing a national action plan to support persons with disabilities, with the final aim of developing a national legal framework in line with the Convention and other international standards.
33- تبحث فييت نام بشكل حثيث التصديق على الاتفاقية وعلى اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 159 بشأن التأهيل المهني والعمالة (المعوقون) (1983)، وهي تضع حالياً اللمسات الأخيرة على خطة عمل وطنية لدعم الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، يكون هدفها النهائي وضع إطار قانوني وطني يتماشى مع الاتفاقية والمعايير الدولية الأخرى.

In 1969, it ratified Convention No. 122 concerning Employment Policy and, in 1991, Convention No. 159 concerning vocational rehabilitation and Employment (Disabled Persons).
وفي ٩٦٩١ صادقت على الاتفاقية رقم ٢٢١ المتعلقة بسياسة العمالة وفي ١٩٩١ صادقت على الاتفاقية رقم ٩٥١ المتعلقة بالتأهيل المهني والعمالة )المعوقون(.
