The contracting authority may agree with the entities extending financing for an infrastructure project on the substitution of the concessionaire by a new entity or person appointed to perform under the existing concession contract upon serious breach by the concessionaire or other events that could otherwise justify the termination of the concession contract or other similar circumstances.
يجوز للسلطة المتعاقدة أن تتفق مع الكيانات التي تموّل مشروعا من مشاريع البنية التحتية على الاستعاضة عن صاحب الامتياز بكيان أو شخص جديد يعين للتنفيذ بموجب عقد الامتياز القائم عند حصول إخلال جسيم من جانب صاحب الامتياز أو وقوع أحداث أخرى يمكن أن تبرر إنهاء عقد الامتياز أو ظروف أخرى مماثلة.()

VI, “End of project term, extension and termination”, ___) by allowing the project to continue under the responsibility of a different concessionaire.
٨٧ - قد تنشأ أوضاع أثناء مدة المشروع يكون فيها من مصلحة الطرفين أن يسمحا له باستمرار المشروع تحت مسؤولية صاحب امتياز آخر ، من أجل تجنب إنهاء المشروع ، نتيجة ﻹخلال من جانب صاحب الامتياز أو وقوع حدث استثنائي خارج إرادة صاحب الامتياز )أنظر الفصل السادس ، " انتهاء مدة المشروع وتمديدها وانهاؤها ، ـــ( .
