47- ورئي أنه ينبغي للمنظمات الحكومية الدولية التي تضطلع بأنشطة فضائية وللدول الأعضاء فيها أن تنظر فيما يمكن أن تتخذه من خطوات لإعلان قبولها بالحقوق والالتزامات المنصوص عليها في اتفاق الإنقاذ واتفاقية المسؤولية واتفاقية التسجيل.

10. The Working Group recommended that States conducting space activities consider steps to implement national laws to authorize and provide continuing supervision of the activities of their nationals in outer space and to implement their international obligations under the Liability Convention, the Registration Convention and other international agreements.
