In response to that rising demand, the efforts of the Office of Conference Services, which were in line with the strategy outlined in the medium-term plan, took into account the guidelines provided by the Committee on Conferences and the General Assembly, the continuing objective being to ensure the rigorous management of resources allocated for meetings servicing and documents processing while maintaining the requisite quality of services.
