The Cabinet of Ministers had set a provisional time frame for the implementation of the recommendations of the Select Committee of Experts on the Evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering Measures of the Council of Europe and the drafting of legislation on sharing confiscated proceeds of crime.
وحدّد مجلس الوزراء مهلة زمنية مؤقتة لتنفيذ توصيات لجنة الخبراء المختارة المعنية بتقييم تدابير مكافحة غسل الأموال التابعة لمجلس أوروبا ولصوغ تشريعات بشأن تقاسم عائدات الجريمة المصادرة.

6. Encouraging UNODC, with due regard to its mandate, to consult with the Paris Pact partners, and while respecting national legislation, to explore with relevant international financial institutions the feasibility of new and innovative approaches to financing the prevention and the fight against illicit traffic in opiates, including consideration of whether and how confiscated proceeds of crime might be further mobilized.
6- تشجيع المكتب على التشاور، بما يتفق مع ولايته، مع الشركاء في ميثاق باريس والتعاون مع المؤسسات المالية الدولية المعنية، في ظل احترام التشريعات الوطنية، على استكشاف إمكانية اتّباع نهج جديدة ومبتكرة لتمويل جهود منع الاتجار غير المشروع بالمواد الأفيونية ومكافحتها، على أن يشمل ذلك النظر في إمكانية زيادة استخدام عائدات الجريمة المصادرة وكيفية استخدامها.

States indicated a specific need to discuss casework and best practices in the disposal of confiscated proceeds of crime or property (Madagascar) or in the area of mutual legal assistance and in relation to the establishment of jurisdiction as foreseen in article 15 of the Convention (Algeria).
10- وأشارت الدول إلى حاجة محددة لمناقشة معالجة القضايا وأفضل الممارسات في مجال التصرف في عائدات الجريمة المصادرة أو الممتلكات المصادرة (مدغشقر) أو في مجال المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة وفيما يتعلق بإنشاء الولاية القضائية بموجب المادة 15 من الاتفاقية (الجزائر).

In that regard, his delegation encouraged Member States to adopt the model bilateral agreement on sharing confiscated proceeds of crime or property. The United Nations Convention against Corruption would be a fundamental part of efforts to tackle the corrupt practices that exacerbated organized crime and hindered development.
وفي هذا الخصوص، بيّن أن وفد بلده يشجع الدول الأعضاء على اعتماد الاتفاق الثنائي النموذجي بشأن تقاسم ما يُصادَر من عائدات الجريمة أو الممتلكات؛ علما بأن اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد ستشكل جزءا أساسيا من الجهود الرامية إلى معالجة الممارسات الفاسدة التي تؤدي إلى تفاقم الجريمة المنظمة وعرقلة التنمية.
