ويعاقَب مرتكب هذه الجريمة بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين ثماني سنوات واثنتي عشرة سنة مع مصادرة الأسلحة " .

Any infringement of the provisions of this Act is punishable by 1 to 5 years' imprisonment and a fine ranging from 36,000 to 3.6 million Djibouti francs, confiscation of the weapons impounded and a prohibition of residence for a maximum period of five years.
ويعاقب كل من ينتهك أحكام هذا القانون بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين سنة وخمس سنوات وبغرامة مالية تتراوح بين 000 36 و 000 600 3 فرنك جيبوتي مع مصادرة الأسلحة المحجوزة والحظر لمدة أقصاها خمس سنوات.

Any infringement of the provisions of this Act is punishable by imprisonment ranging from one to five years and a fine ranging from 36,000 Djibouti francs to 3.6 million Djibouti francs, the confiscation of the weapons impounded and a prohibition of residence for a maximum period of five years.
ويعاقب كل من ينتهك أحكام هذا القانون بالحبس لمدة تتراوح بين سنة وخمس سنوات وغرامة مالية تتراوح بين 000 36 و 000 600 3 فرنك جيبوتي مع مصادرة الأسلحة المحجوزة ومنع الإقامة لمدة أقصاها خمس سنوات.

If the weapons are among those categorized in this Act as offensive firearms, offensive blade weapons, explosives, chemical, biological and nuclear weapons, mines and experimental weapons, the applicable penalty shall be four to six years' imprisonment and confiscation of the weapons. "
وإذا كانت الأسلحة مما صُنف في هذا القانون على أنه أسلحة نارية هجومية أو أسلحة بيضاء هجومية أو متفجرات أو أسلحة كيميائية أو بيولوجية أو نووية أو فخاخ حربية أو أسلحة تجريبية، فإن العقوبة التي تسلط هي السجن لمدة تتراوح بين أربع وست سنوات مع مصادرة الأسلحة.

If the manufactured weapons are among those categorized in this Act as defensive and/or for sport, the applicable penalty shall be one to three years' imprisonment and confiscation of the weapons.
وإذا كانت الأسلحة المصنوعة من المصنفة في هذا القانون على أنها هجومية و/أو رياضية، تسلط عقوبة بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين سنة و 3 سنوات مع مصادرة الأسلحة.

وإذا كانت الأسلحة المصنوعة من المصنفة في هذا القانون على أنها أسلحة نارية هجومية أو أسلحة بيضاء هجومية أو متفجرات أو أسلحة كيميائية أو بيولوجية أو نووية أو فخاخ حربية أو أسلحة تجريبية، فإن العقوبة التي تسلط هي السجن لمدة تتراوح بين أربع وست سنوات مع مصادرة الأسلحة " .
