The Government of Ghana is gravely concerned that, despite the cease-fire agreement reached in Tunis on 14 June 1994 by the parties to the conflict in Rwanda, the war in Rwanda is still raging on and the state of anarchy and carnage continues, resulting in increasing loss of innocent lives, destruction of property and dislocation of thousands of Rwandese.
