3 - تلاحظ أن مجلس مراجعي الحسابات سيتخذ إجراء بشأن قرار الجمعية العامة 57/318 المؤرخ 18 حزيران/يونيه 2003 بعد أن ينظر في تقرير مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية ويقيم التقييمات الإضافية التي قد يوفرها()، وتلاحظ أيضا أن الجمعية العامة يمكنها حينئذ أن تعود إلى النظر في تقرير مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية.

273. The Committee, having considered the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services, requested the Secretary-General to take into account the views of all Member States in future evaluation reports of the Office without a selective approach, and stressed the need for the conclusions and recommendations to be reflected objectively, while ensuring justifiability and transparency.
273 - بعد النظر في تقرير مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية، طلبت اللجنة من الأمين العام أن يأخذ في الاعتبار آراء جميع الدول الأعضاء في تقارير التقييم المقبلة للمكتب دون اتباع نهج انتقائي، وأكدت ضرورة أن تتسم النتائج والتوصيات بالموضوعية مع ضمان إمكانية التبرير والشفافية.
