41. In considering the reports of States parties, the treaty bodies should take into consideration the following:
١٤ - عند النظر في تقارير الدول اﻷطراف، ينبغي للهيئات المنشأة بموجب صكوك حقوق اﻹنسان أن تأخذ في الاعتبار ما يلي:

Treaty bodies monitoring the application of human rights instruments, including the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, were invited to take account, when considering the reports of States parties, of the question of extreme poverty and human rights.
ودعت الهيئات التعاهدية التي تقوم برصد تطبيق صكوك حقوق اﻹنسان، بما في ذلك اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة، إلى مراعاة مسألة الفقر المدقع وحقوق اﻹنسان عند النظر في تقارير الدول اﻷطراف.

He recalled that the Committee always endeavoured, in considering the reports of States parties, to take into account the current context and each country's history.

439. The Committee agreed that in considering the reports of States parties the Chairperson should be entrusted with the task of expressing courtesies towards the representatives of reporting States on behalf of all members of the Committee.
٤٣٨ - وافقت اللجنة على أن يعهد إلى الرئيسة، عند النظر في تقارير الدول اﻷطراف، بمهمة اﻹعراب عن المجاملات لممثلي الدول المقدمة للتقارير، نيابة عن أعضاء اللجنة.

439. The Committee agreed that in considering the reports of States parties the Chairperson should be entrusted with the task of expressing courtesies towards the representatives of reporting States on behalf of all members of the Committee.
٤٣٩ - وافقت اللجنة على أن يعهد إلى الرئيسة، عند النظر في تقارير الدول اﻷطراف، بمهمة اﻹعراب عن المجاملات لممثلي الدول المقدمة للتقارير، نيابة عن أعضاء اللجنة.

2. The Committee regrets that, in the absence of a delegation from the State party, it was unable to follow its usual practice of considering the reports of States parties in the presence of representatives of the State concerned.
2- تأسف اللجنة أنه بسبب عدم حضور وفد الدولة الطرف تعذر عليها النظر في تقارير الدول الأطراف بحضور ممثلين عن الدولة المعنية.

319. The Committee regrets that, in the absence of a delegation from the State party, it was unable to follow its usual practice of considering the reports of States parties in the presence of representatives of the State concerned.
319- تأسف اللجنة أنه بسبب عدم حضور وفد الدولة الطرف تعذر عليها النظر في تقارير الدول الأطراف بحضور ممثلين عن الدولة المعنية.

209. The bodies monitoring the implementation of international human rights treaties are recommended, when considering the reports of States or complaints (communications) submitted to them, to request specific information from Governments about their domestic policies and measures to allow the very poor to exercise the rights enshrined in the various instruments.
٩٠٢- توصي الهيئات المعنية برصد إنفاذ معاهدات حقوق اﻹنسان لدى النظر في تقارير الدول أو في الشكاوى )البلاغات( المرفوعة إليها، بأن تطلب إلى الحكومات المعنية أن توافيها بمعلومات محددة عن سياساتها الداخلية والتدابير التي تتخذها لتمكين أفقر الفئات من ممارسة حقوقها المكرسة في الصكوك المختلفة.

9. Invites the treaty bodies monitoring the application of human rights instruments, especially the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the Committee on the Rights of the Child, the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women and the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, to take into account, when considering the reports of States parties, the question of extreme poverty and human rights;
9- تدعو هيئات رصد تطبيق معاهدات حقوق الإنسان، ولا سيما اللجنة المعنية بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، ولجنة حقوق الطفل، واللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة، ولجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري، إلى مراعاة مسألة الفقر المدقع وحقوق الإنسان عند النظر في تقارير الدول الأطراف؛

13. In addition to considering the reports of States parties, the Committee had continued to work on specific thematic issues, in particular that of children without parental care, to which it had devoted its day of general discussion in September.
13- وبالإضافة إلى النظر في تقارير الدول الأطراف واصلت اللجنة العمل في قضايا مواضيعية منها بوجه خاص ما يتعلق بالأطفال المحرومين من الرعاية الوالدية، وهى القضية التي كرست لها يوم المناقشة العامة في أيلول/سبتمبر.
