35. Pursuant to article 24 of the Ukrainian Constitution, citizens have equal constitutional rights and freedoms and are equal before the law.

91. In its reply, Ukraine indicated that in accordance with article 5 of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and article 24 of its Constitution, all Ukrainians have equal constitutional rights and freedoms and equality before the law.
91 - أشارت أوكرانيا في ردها إلى أن جميع مواطني أوكرانيا يتمتعون بالمساواة في الحقوق والحريات الدستورية وأمام القانون وفقا للمادة 5 من الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري والمادة 24 من دستورها.

If the constitutional rights and freedoms and/or human rights and freedoms stipulated in an international human rights treaty that is a part of the Slovak legal system are not respected in practice or are violated, e.g. by wrong application of a legal provision, it would be possible to invoke the right to judicial and other protection in the meaning of article 46 of the Constitution.
فإذا لم تحترم في التطبيق العملي او انتهكت الحقوق والحريات الدستورية و/أو حقوق الإنسان وحرياته المنصوص عليها في معاهدة دولية لحقوق الإنسان تشكل جزءا من النظام القانوني السلوفاكي , كأن يحدث ذلك بالتطبيق الخاطئ لأحد الأحكام القانونية, أمكن الاستناد إلى حق الحماية القضائية أو غير القضائية وفقا لفحوى المادة 46 من الدستور.
