No waiver by either party of any rights pursuant to a breach of the terms and conditions of this contract to be performed by the other party shall be construed as a waiver by the party of any succeeding breach of the same or any other term or condition to be performed by the other party.
لا يعتبر تنازل أي من الطرفين عن أي حقوق ناجمة عن الإخلال بأحكام وشروط هذا العقد الواقعة على عاتق الطرف الآخر تنازلا من هذا الطرف عن أي إخلال لاحق بنفس الحكم أو الشرط الواقع على عاتق الطرف الآخر.

Whether the acceptance of an assignment by the debtor should be construed as a waiver or as a confirmation of a waiver and whether a waiver of defences is to be construed as a consent or confirmation of the debtor's consent to the assignment are matters left to other law.
وقد تركت للقوانين الأخرى مسألة ما ان كان قبول الاحالة من جانب المدين ينبغي أن يعتبر تنازلا أو تأكيدا للتنازل أو ما ان كان التنازل عن الدفوع ينبغي أن يعتبر موافقة أو تأكيدا لموافقة المدين على الاحالة.
