وفي ما يخص توصية اللجنة الواردة في ملاحظاتها الختامية السابقة (الوثيقة A/53/38/Rev.1، الفقرة 118) الداعية إلى إعداد قانون موحّد للأسرة يكون هدفه إلغاء اللامساواة في حقوق الميراث وحقوق ملكية الأرض وتعدد الزوجات، يرجى تقديم معلومات حول التقدم المحرز في سنّ هذا التشريع.

The Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to address the recommendations contained in its previous concluding observations that have not been implemented or not sufficiently implemented and, in particular, reiterates its recommendation (paras. 24 and 52) that the State party:

The Committee reiterates the recommendation contained in its previous concluding observations (para. 10) and urges the State party to consider adopting specific legislation to outlaw direct and indirect racial discrimination, in accordance with article 1 of the Convention, and to cover all rights protected by the Convention.
