9- تشدد مرة أخرى على ضرورة قيام الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات وقيام المقررين الخاصين والممثلين الخاصين والخبراء المستقلين والأفرقة العاملة في اللجنة، كل في نطاق ولايته وحسب الاقتضاء، بمراعاة مضمون هذا القرار وكذلك تقرير المفوض السامي المعنون " العولمة وأثرها على التمتع الكامل بحقوق الإنسان " ؛

5. Requests the chairpersons of the human rights treaty bodies to consider at their next meeting the content of the present resolution and to submit, through the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, specific recommendations for the achievement of the goal of equitable geographical distribution in the membership of the human rights treaty bodies;
5 - تطلب إلى رؤساء الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق الإنسان أن ينظروا في اجتماعهم المقبل في مضمون هذا القرار وأن يقدموا، عن طريق مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان، توصيات محددة لتحقيق هدف التوزيع الجغرافي العادل في عضوية الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق الإنسان؛

9. Underlines once again the need for the treaty bodies, special rapporteurs/representatives, independent experts and working groups of the Commission, within their mandates and where appropriate, to take into consideration the content of the present resolution and the report of the High Commissioner entitled " Globalization and its impact on the full enjoyment of human rights " (E/CN.4/2002/54);
9- تشدد مرة أخرى على ضرورة قيام هيئات المعاهدات والمقررين الخاصين والممثلين الخاصين والخبراء المستقلين والأفرقة العاملة في اللجنة، كل في نطاق ولايته وحسب الاقتضاء، بمراعاة مضمون هذا القرار وكذلك تقرير المفوض السامي المعنون " العولمة وأثرها على التمتع الكامل بحقوق الإنسان " (E/CN.4/2002/54)؛

8. Welcomes the progress report of the Special Rapporteurs of the SubCommission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2001/10) and requests them to take into account the content of the present resolution in finalizing their study on globalization and its impact on the full enjoyment of all human rights for consideration by the Commission at its fiftyninth session;
8- ترحب بالتقرير المرحلي للمقررين الخاصين للجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2001/10) وتطلب إليهما مراعاة مضمون هذا القرار لدى إعداد الصيغة النهائية لدراستهما حول العولمة وأثرها على التمتع الكامل بحقوق الإنسان، لكي تنظر فيها اللجنة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين؛

In the same resolution, the Human Rights Council requested the High Commissioner for Human Rights " to present [her report], bearing in mind the content of the present resolution, to the Council at its thirteenth session under its agenda item 3, in conformity with its annual programme of work " .
وفي نفس القرار، طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان من المفوضة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن " تقدم [تقريرها] مع وضع مضمون هذا القرار في الاعتبار، إلى المجلس في دورته الثالثة عشرة في إطار البند 3 من جدول الأعمال، وفقاً لبرنامج عمله السنوي " .

2. Adopts the United Nations Principles and Guidelines on Access to Legal Aid in Criminal Justice Systems, annexed to the present resolution, as a useful framework to guide Member States on the principles on which a legal aid system in criminal justice should be based, taking into account the content of the present resolution and the fact that all elements of the annex will be applied in accordance with national legislation;
2 - تعتمد مبادئ الأمم المتحدة وتوجيهاتها بشأن سبل الحصول على المساعدة القانونية في نظم العدالة الجنائية المرفقة بهذا القرار، باعتبارها إطارا مفيدا لإرشاد الدول الأعضاء بشأن المبادئ التي ينبغي أن يقوم عليها نظام توفير المساعدة القانونية في مجال العدالة الجنائية، آخذة في الاعتبار مضمون هذا القرار وأنه سيتم تطبيق جميع العناصر الواردة في المرفق وفقا للتشريعات الوطنية؛
